 2. What personal data does Mirabeles process? 

Mirabeles only processes personal data that you actively provide, or that are necessary to properly deliver our services. These include: 

  • first and last name, address 

  • telephone number and/or e-mail address 

  • possible project locations 

  • billing and payment details 

  • information about your living or working environment (for Feng Shui and/or interior advice)

  • date of birth (for Feng Shui advice only) 

Purposes 
Mirabeles uses this data for: 

  • providing services (Feng Shui advice, interior design and/or project management) 

  • preparing quotations and invoices 

  • contacting you about appointments, changes or cancellations 

  • complying with legal obligations (such as record-keeping) 

  • (with your permission) sending inspiration or updates by e-mail or post 

Retention period 
Mirabeles does not store your data longer than necessary. 

  • Administrative data: 7 years (legal retention obligation) 

  • Project and contact details: up to 3 years after project completion, unless you give permission for longer storage.

 

3. Sharing data with third parties 

Mirabeles does not sell your data to third parties. Data will only be shared if necessary for our services, or if Mirabeles is legally obliged to do so. This may include: 

  • accountant or IT service provider 

  • project partners (only with your permission)

  • official bodies if required by law 

Where necessary, Mirabeles concludes a processing agreement with parties that process data on our behalf. 

 

4. Security of your data 

Mirabeles takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized alteration.

  • Requests can be submitted via info@mirabeles.com. We will respond as soon as possible, but no later than within 4 weeks.

The Mirabeles website only uses functional and analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. 

On your visit to our website, you might be informed about these cookies and asked for consent to place them. You can disable cookies in your internet browser settings, and you can delete previously stored cookies through your browser as well.
